The first thing you will notice is an overwhelming feling of, well, just feeling really awesome all the time. Sleeping better at night, staying awake better all day and a general good mood that you can't shake. I felt like that after a couple of weeks. I think once you're a few months in you'll notice changes but they will probably creep up on you. Expect legs to get bigger before the rest of you gets any smaller though :-/ I’d say it takes longer than that. Mine overheated and burned out in under a year, but a new diode is only £11 or so. I am looking forward to March when I will have a very similar journey in Bristol!
